Tom Dupar

Principal Emeritus of Dupar Dynamics, LLC, built a distinguished career delivering innovative, results-driven solutions to complex budget and schedule challenges. As a third-generation hotelier, his depth of experience proved invaluable to clients across projects of all sizes and scopes. Trusted by numerous ownership groups, Tom and his team successfully led projects through every phase of development, consistently safeguarding client assets. His proven approach—grounded in foresight, creativity, and decisive problem-solving—enabled him to identify and manage risks while capitalizing on opportunities to enhance project outcomes. Over a 40-year career, Tom contributed his expertise to more than 50 luxury and resort properties worldwide, each opening on time, within budget, while adhering to brand standards. His ability to deliver predictable, high-quality results fostered long-standing client relationships and repeat partnerships built on trust and performance. Now retired, Tom continues to mentor the Dupar Dynamics team and remains a valued industry resource, maintaining the strong professional relationships he has cultivated over decades.

Kayti Dupar

Managing Principal of Dupar Dynamics, LLC, carries forward a distinguished legacy as a fourth-generation hotelier while delivering modern, results-driven leadership. With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry—including over 12 years specializing in hotel openings—Kayti brings unmatched expertise to every stage of the project lifecycle. She partners closely with clients to lead global, cross-functional teams from concept through completion, ensuring streamlined renovations, efficient execution, and measurable results. Known for her strategic mindset and creative problem-solving, Kayti anticipates challenges before they arise and delivers practical, cost-effective solutions that keep projects on track. As an Owner’s Representative, Kayti serves as a trusted advocate for her clients ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. From initial bidding through final punch, she builds strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at every level, creating high-performing teams that consistently deliver on time and on budget. 

Debbie Dupar

Principal Emerita of Dupar Dynamics, LLC, has brought more than 40 years of experience and over 20 years dedicated to new hotel openings and conversion projects to our team. Renowned for her exceptional attention to detail, Debbie has successfully managed projects spanning Owner’s Representative services through FF&E procurement and installation. Clients value her ability to develop clear, effective resource plans and to make sound, timely decisions that support successful project outcomes. Her expertise in managing communications systems and project data processes has been instrumental to the efficiency and success of the Dupar Dynamics team, contributing to consistently well-executed, high-quality project management.  Now retired, Debbie remains a trusted and valued resource whose insight and experience continue to be appreciated by colleagues and clients alike.
